Bio
John was inspired to release his first song, One Nation Under God, after the tragic shootings that occurred in San Bernardino, California, on December 2, 2015, in which 14 people were killed and 22 were seriously injured at the Inland Regional Center, located less than 10 miles away from where he lives.
He was deeply moved by this tragic event and knew he had to do something. When he first wrote this song, One Nation Under God, powerful words came to mind: "Our God is the God of this land! Our God is the God of this land! He raised up our nation to honor and praise Him, and to serve our fellow man."
In this song, John reminds us why we are called "The United States of America." He tells us to "let the world see together we stand; let the voice of America ring out in unity, 'Our God is the God of this land!'" We must show the world that "The God of this great nation called on us to Love, not hate; to Create, not destroy; to Unify, not divide." When we stand united as One Nation Under God, we will "reach our God-given potential that He created each of us to realize under a Constitution designed to protect us from tyrannical rulers that suppress human creativity." John Price has also pledged that 50% of the profits from the sale of the "One Nation Under God" CD will be donated to the families affected by the San Bernardino shootings.
